We have received a message from the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Council of Lutheran Churches, bishop Tor B Jørgensen, “I am sorry to announce that Malcolm Bruce will be leaving the CLC on the 15th July 2020 to pursue his external consultancy business and other voluntary activities that he is involved in. During almost 2 years with us, Malcolm has given us valuable advice about the direction of the Council and successfully carried out the difficult sale of the International Lutheran Student Centre. As a result he has given the Lutheran Council a solid basis and inspiring visions for the future. I would like to thank him for his insight, commitment and support and to wish him every success in his ventures.”

The Baord of Trustees will meet later this week (Thursday, 11th of June) and then start the process of recruiting a new General Secretary for this important Council for the Lutheran presence in Great Britain.
